Mad Black Talents is a platform dedicated to showcasing Black artistic excellence across all creative fields—comedy, music, poetry, visual arts, dance, fashion, architecture, writing, magic, sports, travel, entrepreneurship, content creation, and more. We celebrate the funny, profound, and brilliant voices of Black creators worldwide.
No, featuring artists is completely free. We're a platform to elevate Black talent, not monetize it. Our mission is to showcase the diversity and brilliance of Black creativity across all fields at no cost to the artists.

Not at all! We welcome artists at all stages of their journey—emerging, mid-career, and established. We're looking for unique talent, authentic Black perspectives, and creative expression. Whether you're just starting out or have been creating for decades, we want to see your work.
Submissions
Email us at madblacktalents@gmail.com with:
- Samples of your work (links to videos, images, or attachments)
- A brief bio about yourself
- What makes your art unique
- Your social media handles and/or website
We accept most file formats: MP4, MP3, PDF, JPG, PNG, or links to YouTube, Vimeo, SoundCloud, etc.
We typically respond within 5-7 business days. Due to the volume of submissions we receive, we appreciate your patience. If you haven't heard from us after 10 business days, feel free to follow up.
Absolutely! Many of our artists work across multiple disciplines. Just make sure to include samples from each category in your submission email, and let us know which categories you'd like to be considered for.
- You'll receive an automated confirmation that we've received your submission.
- Our team reviews your work (5-7 business days).
- If selected, we'll contact you to discuss featuring your work on the platform.
- If not selected, we'll still keep your information on file for future opportunities.
We primarily showcase original human-created art. While we understand AI tools are part of many artists' processes, submissions should be primarily your own creative work. Please disclose any AI assistance in your submission.

- Your work showcased in relevant categories
- Social media promotion
- Invitations to virtual and live events
- Networking opportunities with other artists
- Potential performance opportunities
Yes! Featured artists can submit updates, new works, and revisions. Just email us with your updates and we'll refresh your profile within 3-5 business days.
Featured artists remain on the platform indefinitely unless they request removal. We occasionally rotate featured spotlights on the homepage, but your profile page remains active.
For Artists
Absolutely. You retain 100% ownership and rights to your work. By being featured, you grant us permission to display your work on our platform and promote it through our channels. You can request removal at any time.
Currently, we're a showcase platform, not a marketplace. However, we encourage you to include links to your online store, commission information, or booking details in your profile so interested parties can contact you directly.
Yes! We regularly host virtual events, live showcases, and collaborate with venues for in-person performances. Featured artists receive invitations to participate in these events based on their art form and availability.
Absolutely! We encourage collaboration. Our artist community includes creators across all disciplines. We can facilitate introductions and sometimes organize collaborative projects. Let us know what you're interested in!
